The word ‘junk’ means to something that is much extra and useless in food. And all your super delicious, favorite foods that have low quality of mineral and other nutrients also called junk food. The junk food have many bad or good effects on your health, it’s all depend how much quantity that you eat junk food twice in a week or every day?

1. Junk food may be the cause behind your body fatigue

Sometime junk food and high fast food makes you feel full and satisfied at your desire time, they lack all the important nutrients like proteins and other carbohydrates to keep your body much energized and can cause low your body energy and you feel more fatigue.

2. It can increases your risk of cancer

A study published in the broad country and Journal of Cancer Prevention told that uses of too much of fast foods that are high in sugar and high fat can increase your chances of developing prostate cancer.

3. It can cause major kidney disease

The reason why you can never say your friends and even yourself no to fries and chips is because they contain more amount of salt which increases salivation and secretion of your mouth that enhances your cravings to eat this junk food. High levels of Trans fats found in many number of junk food can cause creation of fats in the liver, which can cause liver cancer or liver system dysfunction.

5. It effects on your brain function

A study published or research in the journal Brain, Behavior, and Immunity level shows that after one week of eating junk food is enough to lose your memory and can damage your brain.

6. Junks food may lead to depression in human body

A healthy diet plan plays an important role in maintaining your body functions and hormonal balance. But eating of more and heavy amount of junk food can lead depression in human body.

7. It impairs digestion system

Junk food can cause digestive problems like gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and irritate the bowel syndrome (IBS). That’s because junk food is much fried. So, the oil from the junk food can cause stomach acidity
