Daddario doesn’t have any special dietary restrictions, but she always does try to keep it clean and healthy for her.
In an interview Daddario said.
“I eat Helpful diet when I’m feeling hungry,” the 5’9″ Baywatch star, 34, tells PEOPLE. “I always try to abstain from anything which are unnatural and useless for me, but if you want and you are trying to stay healthy, fit and you get feel too hungry, then it will be very difficult to abstain from which those things which you like too much. I’m prefer on being healthy and strong food which keep me healthy and fit.”

Alexandra Daddario is a super and huge fan of routine wise yoga, but also took to weight and health training for Baywatch in order to achieve some heavy weight and help round out her fitness.
She said also;
“My normal routine workout, before Baywatch, was a lot of heavy yoga,” she told. “I feel like that tiredness, it helps with sweet sleep, it was also an effective type of more mental thing. For Baywatch, I started doing weight gain training and workout, which I had never seen and done before it, and I saw a super and different changes in myself. It was helpful for my health.
She’s also said;
“My Regular exercise and my workout yoga has made a big difference in myself. I achieve my diet because it makes much feel good about myself,”
During her training for Baywatch the volume was much high. The actors were also on short time. Prior, Daddario used yoga, and added in her routine to gain some beautiful shapely and effective weight. Utilize it workout for 3-7 days depending on your capacity.
