Ariana Grande House – Modern Hillside Hollywood Home: Singer Ariana Grande has sold her Hollywood Hills home for $14 million, AD can confirm. The pop star, who is currently coaching hopeful singers on the singing competition show The Voice has sold her house for $13.7million less than one year ago. The seven-bedroom, four-bathroom home was purchased by in June 2020. This left her with $300,000.

The spacious contemporary home is located in Los Angeles ‘s Bird Streets neighborhood. It measures just over 10,000 sq. feet and has three floors. The 16-foot ceilings give the space an even greater feeling of grandeur. The home’s hillside location means that there is no backyard. However, there is an infinity-edged swimming pool and many rooms have direct access to the outside. This allows for the beauty of SoCal to be enjoyed.

The third-floor primary suite is the largest and features a luxurious walk-in closet and custom wood cabinets. It’s finished in the same stain as the stairs and kitchen cabinetry.

The large primary bathroom features marble floors, walls, and a marble vanity. It also has a deep soak tub that is propped in front a floor-to-ceiling window. A wine cellar, movie theatre, gym, sauna, and wet bar are all located on the first floor.

Grande is reportedly said to have purchased a smaller and more private home in Bird Streets earlier in the year. It’s believed she is currently residing there. A unique Tudor-style house she owns in Montecito where she married Dalton Gomez earlier in the year.
